How to replace a product?

If you made a mistake while setting the order or if you bought a product that does not satisfy your expectations, LED SpA gives you the chance to put it right easily. You can recess from the order within 14 days from the delivery.
Attention: you must give back the product in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging.

You have 14 days from the delivery to give back what you purchased!

• get in touch with the courier and plan the shipment according to your needs;
• when we receive your shipment, you can replace your product with one more suitable to your needs ore choose to be reimbursed;
